The law of evidence involved in international civil litigations is not yet fully developed. The is mostly due to the existence of the trafitional principle of the application of the lex fori in Procedural matters. After the thorough examination the raison d'etre of this principle, which was carried out on the basis of the comparative law method and by some interviews with international lawyers at Tokyo and Osaka, we especially endeavoured to find the possibility of the conflict of laws in this field. Our study on the selected particular topics, such as modes of proof (esp. sec.4 of Statute of Frauds or srt.1341 of the French Civil Code), whtness et cetera, showed the possible system of the law of evidence in this field, which is as well theoretically as practically of great importance.

涉及国际民事诉讼的证据定律尚未充分发展。这主要是由于存在Lex Fori在程序事项中的行为原则的存在。经过彻底的审查，该原则的理由是根据比较法方法进行的，并通过对东京和大阪的国际律师的一些访谈进行了访谈，我们特别努力地发现该领域的法律冲突可能性。我们对所选特定主题的研究，例如证明方式（尤其是法国民法典的法规第4节或第1341号法规），Whtness et cetera表明了该领域的证据定律可能存在，这在理论上也很重要。
