実験食餌のう餌発生と全身的影響を知るため、唾液分泌能に関連して今回唾液腺の分泌能や成長に関係する生化学的パラメータである総蛍白(TP),DNA,RNAの測定を行い以下の結果を得た。前年度採取した顎下腺をWANNEMACHERら(1965)のSingle tissue extract法により上記項目を測定し、性別,経日変化,食餌別にそれらの総量,腺重量比,核酸TP比を比較した。総量において性差は離乳時にTPに見られたが核酸にはなかった。経日変化をみると全群増加傾向にあるが、それは雌雄で異なり雌は30日で急増する。しかし細胞増殖を示すDNA含量は実験群は低い傾向を示し同時に蛍白合成に係るRNA含量やTP量では実験群は同様の傾向が見られた。実験群間では6PMVは#2000より低値であった。実験期に性差の認められたものは、DNA,TPがContolの20,30日に、実験群では#2000にDNAが20日にTPが20,30日に見られたが6PMVでは見られなかった。腺重量比をみるとDNAは離乳後有意に低下し実験開始から腺の発育に細胞レベルで変化が起きたことが示された。10,20日では6PMVは有意に大きかった。またControl雄は経日的に増加傾向にあり活発な細胞増加を示すが、実験群は30日に減少に転じた。一方雌は経日的に有意な増減は見られなかった。RNAは10日で離乳時と差がなくDNAの低下に関連していると考えられる。また実験群は高い傾向にあり雄では30日に有意差が認められる。RNA/TPはRNA腺重量と同様の傾向にあった。性差は三項目共にControlの30日に見られるが実験群には認められなかった。またTPは経日的に増加傾向を示したが、30日にControlの雄の急増をのぞいて食餌による差は見られなかった。
