In vitro cryopreservation of plant tissue for genetic resources in fruit trees.

目前，植物遗传资源的保存方法也在不断改进。(1)植物生长调节剂，如PP-333。B-9对植株高度有明显的矮化作用。(2)果实提取物对植株生长有抑制或促进作用。本研究发现，梅提取液对试管苗的茎尖培养有抑制作用。(3)超低温保存茎尖的效果较好。低温保护剂为DMSO，茎尖冷却温度为0.5℃/min。成活率存在品种差异。

Now method for conservation of plant genetic resources were improved. (1) Plant growth ragulaters e.g. pp-333. B-9 were effective for dwarfing the plant height.(2) Fruit extract was known to depress or procote plant growth. In this study mume extract was revealed to depress the shoot growth in vitro shoot tip culture.(3) Shoot tip could be preserved under ultra low temperature. DMSO was used as cryoprotectant and shoot tips were cooled at 0.5 C/Min. There were varietal difference about survival rate.
