Tetracycline-labelling in decalcified bone section

报告了脱钙牙本质中四环素（TC）标记的证据，并再次证实了钙化组织中部分有机成分对TC的摄取（Simpson，1981）。本文报道了一项实验研究，以了解脱钙骨切片中TC标记的可能性。结果如下：（1）在脱钙骨切片中，TC标记的可能性需要用10%中性福尔马林浸泡固定5周左右。(2)福尔马林固定后，通过三聚氯氰的额外固定对保存切片中的TC标记几乎没有影响。(3)中性EDTA脱钙必须用于相同目的。(4)脱钙骨切片中TC标记的程度随施用的四环素类型而变化。

Evidence of tetracycline(TC)-labelling in decalcified dentin was reported and TC uptake by a part of the organic component in calcified tissues was reconfirmed ( Simpson, 1981). This report deals with an experimental study to know possible demonstration of TC-labelling in decalcifed bone section. The results were as follows: (1) About 5 week-immersion fixation of bone tissues by 10% neutral formalin was necessary for possile demonstration of TC-labelling in decalcifed bone sections. (2) Additional fixation by cyanuric chloride after formalin fixation showed little effect for the preservation of TC-labelling in the sections. (3) Decalcification by neutral EDTA must be applied for the same purpose. (4) Degree of TC-labelling demonstrated in decalcified bone sections was varied with a type of administrated tetracycline.
