1.ウシ胎子の妊娠5ケ晴齢から9ケ月齢および新生子分娩直後と5日齢における血中ACTHとcortisolを測定した。血中ACTH値は妊娠5〜7ケ月齢で60.8±17.8pg/mlから71.3±19.7pg/mlの範囲で推移したが、8ケ月齢で239.2±261.5pg/ml,9ケ月齢では406.9±409.4pg/mlと上昇した。出生値後の新生子では182.3±110.7pg/mlと低下した。cortisol値は、妊娠5〜8ケ月齢で3.23±2.12ng/mlから3.85±2.52ng/mlの範囲で推移したが、9ケ月齢でやや上昇した後、分娩直後の新生子では88.35±42.78ng/mlと急増した。ACTHが妊娠8、9ケ月齢で高値を示したのに対し、cortisolは9ケ月齢で増加を始め、分娩直後に急増したことは、分娩直前に胎子副腎のACTH感受性の急増することが示唆された。2.胎子副腎皮質細胞を用いて、ACTH無添加と2日ごとのACTH10^<-7>M添加の6日間培養におけるcortisolとcorticosterone値(8×10^4cell,48h)を比較した。妊娠6ケ月齢のACTH添加におけるcortisolとcorticosteroneは、2日目で41.50ng、6.32ng、4日目で120.30ng、16.44ng、6日間では228.10ng、49.89ngと培養日数とともに増加した。培養6日目における妊娠月齢ごとのcortisolとcorticosterone値は、7ケ月齢で147.14ng、19.21ngと低下したが、8ケ月齢では692.40ng、123.41ng、9ケ月齢では1271.40ng、239.76ngと急激に増加した。各月齢の胎子副腎のACTH刺激反応性はACTHの刺激期間が長くなるにつれ高まり、9ケ月齢で最高値を示したことより、胎子副腎はACTHの刺激により漸時成熟することが示唆された。3.胎子副腎の形態学的観察において、妊娠4ケ月齢の胎子副腎には球状層と東状層は明瞭にみられたが、細状層は不明瞭であった。分娩時の胎子副腎の球状層、東状層、細状層は明瞭に区分され、細胞質、核の大きさは、4ケ月齢より大きかった。

1. ACTH cortisol in the blood of the newborn was measured on the 5th day after delivery. ACTH levels in the blood increased from 60.8±17.8pg/ml to 71.3±19.7pg/ml from 5 to 7 months of gestation, from 239.2±261.5pg/ml to 406.9±409.4pg/ml from 8 to 9 months of gestation. The addition of cortisol and corticosterone in the 6th month of pregnancy was 41.50ng, 6.32ng, 120.30ng, 16.44ng and 228.10ng, 49.89ng on the 2nd day of pregnancy. Cortisol and corticosterone values decreased from 147.14ng to 19.21ng on the 6th day of gestation, decreased from 692.40ng to 123.41ng on the 7th day of gestation, increased from 1271.40ng to 239.76ng on the 9th day of gestation. ACTH stimulation response of fetal accessory kidney in each month is long, high and high, and the highest value in 9 months is indicated. ACTH stimulation response of fetal accessory kidney is gradually mature. 3. The morphology of the fetal accessory kidney is observed in the fourth month of pregnancy. The spherical layer and the eastern layer are not clear. During parturition, the globular layer, the eastern layer and the fine layer of the accessory kidney of the fetus are clearly differentiated, and the cytoplasm and the nucleus are large and large.
