1.第1年次に収集した文献・資料の検討をすすめる一方、主要な省庁所管学校に対する訪問調査を継続して実施した。2.訪問調査の内容は各省庁所管学校ごとに整理され、全部で36の事例報告にまとめられた。各事例研究報告を省庁等別に並べてみると、その分布は以下の通りである。1)人事院(1)、2)総理府(5)、3)法務省(3)、4)外務省(2)、5)大蔵省(2)、6)厚生省(4)、7)農水省(3)、8)通産省(1)、9)労働省(3)、10)郵政省(1)、11)運輸省(7)、12)建設省(1)、13)自治省(2)、14)最高裁判所(1)なお、この中にはそれぞれの省庁に関連の深い3特殊法人と、1私立大学が含まれている。3.さらに下記の6つの視点からこれらの事例研究の分析をおこなった。そして、とくに今回の調査研究の結論に変わるものとして、正規の学校(一条校)との比較をおこない、「省庁所管学校の特質」としてまとめた。4.平成2年2月5・6日には、主要な大学校・研修所関係者に協力をお願いし、筑波大学大学研究センタ-において「省庁所管学校の現状と課題」と題する公開研究セミナ-を開催した。前半に関係者からの現状報告をしていただき、後半に当方の研究会メンバ-から6つの課題について研究発表をおこない、総合的な討論をおこなった。セミナ-にご協力いただいた大学校・研修発関係者は以下の機関の方々である。1)水産大学校、2)海上保安大学校、3)航空大学校、4)税務大学校、5)国立公衆衛生院

1. For the first time in the past year, a survey of documents and data was conducted by the Ministry of Education. 2. The contents of the interview survey were sorted out by the schools under the jurisdiction of each province, and all 36 case reports were collected. Each case study report is divided into three parts: 1) Ministry of Personnel (1), 2) General Administration (5), 3) Ministry of Justice (3), 4) Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2), 5) Ministry of Finance (2), 6) Ministry of Health and Welfare (4), 7) Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources (3), 8) Ministry of International Trade and Industry (1), 9) Ministry of Labour (3), 10) Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (1), 11) Ministry of Transport (7), 12) Ministry of Construction (1), 13) Ministry of Home Affairs (2), 14) Supreme Court (1), 3 Special legal persons, 1 private university and 2 private universities 3. The analysis of case studies from the following six viewpoints. The conclusion of the present study is that the characteristics of schools under provincial control are different from those of regular schools. 4. On February 5 and 6, 2002, the University of Tsukuba launched a public research project on the topic "Current Situation and Problems of Schools under Provincial Administration." The first half is related to the status report, the second half is related to the current research meeting, and the second half is related to the research report.セミナ-にご协力いただいた大学校·研修発关系者は以下の机关の方々である。1)Fisheries University, 2) Maritime Security University, 3) Aviation University, 4) Taxation University, 5) National Public Health Institute
