補助情報を用いた項目反応モデルとして、自信度を補助情報とする分析方法は実用化に近づいている。本年は、実デ-タへの適用と、その結果に基づいて最適な教授方法に判別する方法について発表した(教育心理学会第33回発表論文集,777ー778)。また、その理論面についてまとめた(統計数理,119ー120)。今年度は潜在的な自信度と能力との間の相関係数ρを、各被験者iごとに異なる付随母数ρiとせず、母集団を表す2変量正規分布の母数ρとする。こうすることによってρiの推定に伴う統計理論的、数値計算的問題を回避することができる。従来のプログラムを抜本的に改訂し、他のユ-ザ-も容易に利用できるような汎用的なプラグラムを開発した。今月中に約2000名の被験者のデ-タを得る予定であり、この実デ-タの分析から、最適な教授方法への割当ル-ルを検討する。本年度、上記のような具体的成果とともに、認知的要因を組み入れた項目応答理論に複雑なモデルを用いることの意義などを考察するシンポジウムを組織した(日本教育心理学会第33回発表論文集,S9ーS13)。また、項目応答理論の現在の発展の集大成と言うべきEducational Measurementの第2版を、編集者の一人として翻訳し、本年中に出版される予定である。
