情報の売買及び流通について、ゲ-ム理論による分析を行い、以下の成果を得た。1.情報に対する法的保護が完全でなく、情報の複製及び転売が許されている状況について:(1)情報の購入者が自発的に転売を行わないための条件("ResaleーProofness")を明確に与え、従来の協力ゲ-ム理論、非協力ゲ-ム理論の枠組みとその解ではこの条件を導出できないことを明らかにするとともに、従来の枠組みのもとでこの条件を導出するためにはどのような解概念を考えればよいのかを考察した。(2)従来のゲ-ム理論に代わる新たな枠組みとして、J.Greenbergによる"Social Situations"の枠組み及び"Stable Standard of Behavior"の概念をとりあげ、これらをより精緻化するとともに情報流通の問題に適用し、"ResaleーProofness"の条件がこの精繹化された枠組みと解概念により導出されることを明らかにした。2.情報に対する法的保護が完全である場合について:(1)協力ゲ-ムによる分析を行い、情報の所有者と需要者の間での安定な利得分配を考察した。(2)複占企業に対する新技術のライセンス付与の問題を考え、特許権所有者にとってどのようなライセンス付与方式をとるのが最適であるかを考察した。3.今後の研究計画:1及び2の(1)の結果は、かなり抽象的なモデル分析を通して得られたものであり、今後2の(2)で用いたようなより一般的な、経済システムに即したモデルのもとでも上記の結果が妥当するかどうかを検証していくとともに、情報に対する法的保護が社会システムに及ぼす影響を考察していく計画である。
