Experimental study on the work road of sign language interpretation

对20名专业手语翻译员，包括5名健康(I组)、9名轻度强迫症(II组)和6名中度强迫症(III组)手语翻译工作负荷进行了实验评估。每隔5分钟进行两次测试和主观症状检查，其中明确的手指拼写测试，观察右肘的位置和位置、阻塞和翻译错误和不必要的动作。实验早期，局部肌肉症状和自我解说能力减退的感觉增强，其中以右肘位置和位置的变化更为明显。右肘位置和位置的变化提示Ⅲ组存在疲劳倾向，I组存在抗疲劳倾向，II组处于中途状态，但变化不明显。肌电有RMS升高、MPF降低的趋势：III组RMS显著升高，而III组MPF无明显降低。阻滞、解释错误、不必要动作的发生率无明显趋势。

The work load of interpretation from speech to sign language was evaluated experimentally with 20 professional sign language interpreters, consisted of 5 healthy (Group I) , 9 slightly affected with OCD (Group II) , and 6 moderately affected (Group III).Two kinds of tests and subjective symptom checking were conducted every 5 min that were a definite finger spelling test to observe the position and locus of the right elbow, blocking and interpretation error and unnecessary motion, and a 15-sec straight forward arm-holding test to measure the root mean square (RMS) and mean power freguency(MPF)of EMG signs in the upper trapezius muscles.Localized muscle symptoms and a feeling of deterioration of his/her own interpretation increased in the early stage of the experiment, more markedly in Group III.Change of position and locus of the right elbow suggested the exist of a tendency to fatiguein Group III,and the exist of a tendency to exertion against to fatigue in Group I,and in Group II the midway state between this two groups, though none of these changes was significant. In EMG,a tendency to RMS increase and MPF decrease were observed : RMS increase was marked and significant in Group III,but no MPF decrease was seen in Group III.The incidence of Blocking, interpretation error, and unnecessary motion did not show any definite tendency.
