Investigation about user interface to be tender for a disabled person and device development

本研究采用调查研究与个案研究相结合的方法。本研究试图掌握一位以脑损伤为主的残疾人使用信息设备的现状，分析长期使用信息设备对身心的影响。然后，我调查了残疾人输入辅助设备的发展方向。(1)案例研究和视频分析我做了一个长期的信息设备的试用测试，约五个残疾人，谁有不同类型和程度的损害。(2)问卷调查对预搜索的答案进行分析，然后进行广泛的调查。我发了638封问卷。收集率为34.0%。受访者使用的信息设备是个人电脑（133人）和文字处理器（129人），以及其他（224人）（一个人有几个答案）。键盘是主要的输入设备。对于被认为是为了长期使用信息设备而发生的身体异常状况，58.2%的人回答“是”。出现技术应激等主观症状，以睡眠障碍为主。脑瘫患者的适当问题是，他们感到头痛，肩膀僵硬和肌肉或关节疼痛，在设备使用中持续肌肉紧张，即使使用时间很短。但也有少数人有运动动作和姿势的主观症状。(3)肌张力分析与指导原则的制定将脑性瘫痪患者出现的器械故障和使用器械时的不适感进行分类，并结合肌张力控制的特点对器械的使用进行分析。然后，我试图使指标的标准设备的使用和设备的改进相应的运动动作。

I used investigation study together with case study in this research. I tried to grasp present condition about information device use of a disabled person, who principally had brain damage, and analyzed the influence for mind and body by long term use of device. Then I investigated direction of development of the input assistance device for a handicapped person.(1) Case study & video analysisI did trial test of a long term of information device, about five disabled persons, who have a various kind and degree of damage.(2) Questionnaire investigationI analyzed the answers of pre-search, and then investigate widely. I send 638 mails of questionnaire. The collection rate was 34.0 %. The information device which a respondent used was personal computer (133 persons) and word processor (129 persons), and the others (224 persons) (there are several answers with one person). A keyboard was main as an input device. About abnormal condition of the body, which was considered to occur in order to use information device for a long term, 58.2 % answered it "yes". There were appeared subjective symptoms like technostress, including sleep disturbance mainly. The proper problems for cerebral palsied persons were that they feel a headache, stiffness in the shoulders and a pain of muscle or joint, stood out from continuing muscular tension in device use, even if use time for on e day was short. But there were a few persons who had subjective symptoms about motor action and posture.(3) Muscular tension analysis and making guidelinescategorized trouble of device and feeling inconvenience in use of device, which was experienced by cerebral palsied persons, and analyzed device use in concerned with characteristic of muscular tension control. Then I tried to make indicator of standard device use and device improvement corresponding to motor action.
