1.研究目的・研究実施計画(1)本研究は、最近の労使関係にとって焦層の課題である労働時間短縮問題を媒介項として、労働者の労働・生活スタイルの特徴を調査・分析することを目的としている。(2)この研究目的を達するために、仕事と生活、余暇と生活をめぐる経営者・従業員の意識・エ-トス(勤労意欲)の実態の解明を目指して、自動車産業・電子産業・交通産業における実態調査を行った。2.研究成果調査研究の結果、次のような実態が明らかとなり、新たな知見が得られた。(1)時間外労働は交通産業・自動車産業・電子産業の順に多い。いずれも労働時間短縮は進んでいない。(2)労働組合による労働時間短縮の規制は、産業による差異が大きい。自動車産業・電子産業においては、残業の規制が進んでいるが、交通産業においては労働組合が残業労働を確保する方針を取っている。(3)産業の違いを問わず、低所得層は時間短縮よりも所得志向が強く、組合が時短を進めると現場労働者から反発が出る場合もある。労働者の間に、生活費を残業手当てに頼るという意識が強いため(特に交通産業の場合)。(4)休暇の取得は昇進・昇級の査定に影響している。人事考課制度の見直しが必要。(5)日本では病気休暇制度がないため、全労働者に共通して、病気に備えて休暇を残すという意識が強い。(6)年休の所得は周囲の人に迷惑がかかかるとの意識が強い。欠勤率(約10%程度)を前提とした人員配置が必要。

1. Objective of the study: (1) This study aims to investigate and analyze the characteristics of the recent relationship between the focus layer and the time shortening problem. (2)The purpose of this research is to investigate the situation of the automobile industry, electronic industry and transportation industry. 2. Research Results Investigation of research results, secondary information, new knowledge, etc. (1)Time and space transportation industry, automobile industry, electronics industry in many ways. The shortening of working time in the middle of the day is no longer a problem. (2)The difference between the two industries is large. The automobile industry, the electronics industry, and the transportation industry are both regulated and integrated. (3)Industry violation, low income level, time shortening, income ambition, combination, time shortening, entry, site improvement, exit, etc. The cost of living of the disabled workers is very high (especially in the transportation industry). (4)Time off to get a promotion, upgrade, check the impact of time off. Personnel examination system is necessary. (5)Japan has a strong sense of disease and leisure. (6)Years of rest and gain are confusing to people and strong in consciousness. Attendance rate (approximately 10%) is a prerequisite for staffing.
