项目摘要
The purpose of this research is to make more improvement in degree of safety of pipe, for seismic load by experiments and calculations.The main results from experimental research are as follows.(1)It made clear to evaluate quantitatively the effects of initial crack lengths on the fatigue crack penetration behavior under cyclic low level stress.(2)It made clear that there were two cases : LBB and NO LBB with bending tests under cyclic high level stress, and their conditions were confirmed.The main results from analytical research are as follows.(1)Plastic collapse behavior and ultimate strength wre analyzed for the statically indeterminate pipe system with cracks under excessive uniform loads or concentration ones.(2)Pleatic collapse behavior and ultimate strength were analyzed for the staticall indeterminate pipe system with compliance and cracks having various size under excessive uniform loads.(3)The effects of J,dJ/da, crack lengths and compliance on collapse behavior were analyzed.(4)The K evaluation of pipe subject to bending load was proposed, and its reasonability was confirmed .(5)The LBB condition of pipe subject to bending load was proposed, and its reasonability was confirmed .
本文的研究目的是通过试验和计算,进一步提高管道在地震荷载作用下的安全度。(1)It定量地评价了初始裂纹长度对低水平循环应力下疲劳裂纹扩展行为的影响。(2)It通过高应力循环下的弯曲试验,明确了LBB和无LBB两种情况,并确定了它们的条件。(1)分析了含裂纹超静定管系在均布载荷和集中载荷作用下的塑性失稳行为和极限强度。(2)分析了具有柔度和不同尺寸裂纹的超静定管系在均布荷载作用下的塑性失稳特性和极限强度。(3)分析了J、dJ/da、裂纹长度和柔度等参数对破坏行为的影响。(4)提出了弯曲载荷作用下管道的K值评定方法,并验证了其合理性。(5)提出了弯曲载荷作用下管道的LBB条件,并验证了其合理性。
