A Preliminary Study of the GANGI Passways as Environmental Arts Education

我们在新泻县的中津市有一些古老的GANGI通道。在日本的雪国生活中，GANGI（一种专门用来躲避大雪的房子）是非常重要的。同时具有环境艺术教育和区域教育的双重意义。本研究证明，我们需要将GANGI通道作为学校学生的传统、区域和环境教材来学习。

We have some old GANGI Passways in Joetsu-shi, Niigata-ken. GANGI (special house -side shelter from heavy snow) are very important for a life of snow country in Japan.Also they have two significances of Envilonmental Arts Education and Regional Education.This study proved that we need to learn the GANGI Passways as the traditional, regional, and environmental teaching materials for students in school.
