英文摘要
Local skin blood flow was measured by laser doppler flux meter (Periflux PF2, Perimed, Sweden) at the dorsal base of the thumb in 49 elderly person staying in nursing home, and analyzed through computing soft MacLab ver.3,4 by using FFT translator for frequency detection. It was recognized four components of frequency band, the peak frequency of each component were around 1Hz/sec, 0.3Hz/sec, 0.1Hz/sec and 0.03Hz/sec respectively. The first one seemed to correspond to flux by pulse, next one seemed to correspond to breathing. The third one seemed to correspond to basic wave according to regulation by the vasomotor neuron. It was tried to compare proportion of the flux by pulse to the rest flux quantitatively between bedridden elderly (including wheelchair elderly) and elderly who were possible to move by their self. Predominance of the pulse component in former than latter was verified. It was also tried to compare the effect of bathing on local skin blood flow in elderly who were possible to move by their self. The pulse component had a tendency to increased more than the rest component after bathing. It was also observed that not all of the elderly receive improvement of skin blood flow. This suggested that in the aged the ability to increase skin microcirculation in response to bathing is less pronounced. It was considered that the part of the details of the microcirculation in elderly was made clear by using quantitative analysis of laser doppler record. Further investigation for the microcirculation by these method will be make these frequency index useful in nursing care.
