民主化支援や市場経済化と日本のODAとの関連に関しては、海外でも関心が高く、「ODA大綱の再評価」国際シンポジウム(東海大学平和戦略国際研究所)などでも、このことを強く感じさせられた。また、今回、名古屋(国連地域開発センター)や広島(広島修道大学)で行ってきた専門家インタビューでは、開発研究機関で実務についている方々や他の研究者の視点からの意見に触れることができ、たいへん参考になった。図書や資料の到着が遅れたため、本研究計画の前半部にあたる理論的研究に思いの外時間がかかってしまった。現在、資料収集とその理論的整理作業はほぼ完了したが、モデル構築に入れる段階ではなく、仮説の検証はまだできていない。つまり、新しい知見はまだ得られていない。最終的には、供与国の援助政策を制御変数として取り入れた、援助効果に関するモデルを作成し、援助政策と政治発展・経済発展とをめぐる実証的・政策論的な援助理論を展開することを目標としており、このためにはまだ時間がかかることを覚悟しなくてはならない。年度末に最終結果と収集した資料を論文の形で発表したかったが、時間的な遅れとの関連で、今回の研究成果の発表は、中間報告のような形で、平成8年度9月に発行予定の本学紀要『琉大法学』を利用したいと思う。

Now, the data collection and theory finishing work has been completed.つまり、新しい知见はまだgetられていない. The final result, the supply and demand of the country's aid policy, the control of the country's aid policy, the aid effect, the aid policy and the political development, and the development of the aid policyめぐる実proven・policy theoryなaid theoryをdevelopmentすることをtargetとしており、このためにはまだ时がかかることを覚知しなくてはならない.
