项目摘要

平成7年度の研究によって以下の結果を得た.○L-N2Oは生体投与にて誘導型の一酸化窒素合成酵素をL-NNAは生体投与にて常在型の一酸化窒素合成酵素(NOS)をより効果的に抑制した.○LPS投与によるエンドトキシンぶどう膜炎において、L-N2Oは肝組織のNOS誘導型を、L-NNAは常在型を抑制した.○エンドトキシンぶどう膜炎において、L-NNAは細胞の浸潤とたんぱくの前房漏出を著明に抑制した.またその効果は極早期の投与において著しく、6時間後では効果がなかった.○同ぶどう膜炎においてL-N2Oはたんぱく漏出はおさえたが、細胞の浸潤は抑制しなかった.このことからエンドトキシンぶどう膜炎の発症には、ごく早期に常在型NOSが(血管内皮において)関与している可能性が示唆された.
