A Study on E-Learning Hub for Regional Academic Consortium

In this research, we have developed an e-Learning regional hub using WebCT Vista that is widely used in the world and has the capability to be used in regional academic consortium. We have studied from the following view points : information infrastructure, educational contents and how to use.In 2004 :・We constructed WebCT Vista server for this study.
