项目摘要

The objectives of this study are the development of the new measurement techniques for the interaction between the temperature and velocity field, the development of the advanced analysis procedure for the huge amount of three-dimensional velocity information (2D in space and 1D in time) and the investigation of the thermal striping phenomenon.In this study, the world top class Dynamic PIV system has been developed. The image resolution is one million pixel under three thousand frames per second for more than three seconds. The specification of the present PIV system is the world record. Since the amount of the data is too huge to analyze, the multi-point cross-correlation technique has been developed in this study. This technique reveals the fluctuation transfer velocity distributions. This technique is very important to analyze the thermal-striping phenomenon.Also, the combined system of the digital speckle system and the PIV has been proposed in this study. The three-dimensional den … More sity fields and two-dimensional velocity fields of the high-speed and initial CO2 flow have been reconstructed simultaneously at every 2/15000 seconds using three high-speed cameras. The vortex ring of the initial CO2 flow bas been observed by the combined system. The structure can be analyzed by the combined system for the fast, unsteady, and asymmetric flows. The transient three-dimensional density distributions and the transient velocity fields are clearly measured with 15kHz. This high-sampling rate is also the world record. Using the developed technique, the thermal striping will be analyzed with high accuracy.As a conclusion, the Dynamic PIV system and the Digital Speckle Tomography system had been combined and improved. Advanced measurement technology and the advanced information analysis system had been proposed and realized.The huge amount of the information on the flow field has been investigated using the multi-point correlation analysis.
