项目摘要

高校生を対象に、レジリエンスを踏まえた怒りに対するアンガーコーピングの発生メカニズムについて実証的に解明することを目的とした。２年間の縦断調査を実施し、レジリエンスと怒りに対する対処行動における因果の方向性おいてレジリエンスは、ストレスを認知した後、対処行動の下位概念である援護要請に影響を及ぼすことが明らかとなった。さらにその結果を基礎に、怒りに対するアンガーコーピングの発生メカニズムの因果モデルを構築し、横断調査を行った。その結果、レジリエンスは、アンガーコーピング内の援護要請に影響を与え、精神的健康を高めること、対人ストレスが高いほどレジリエンスが低下すること、女性は援護要請を高めることが実証的に解明された。さらに、環境（教師サポート）が心理ストレスモデルに及ぼす影響において教師サポートは、アンガーコーピング内の援護要請に影響を与え、精神的健康を高めることが示唆された。以上の研究結果から高校生の暴力行動予防に向け、レジリンス向上に焦点を当てた認知的介入及び性別に配慮した介入や援護要請を高める介入が有用であると推察された。今後、本研究を発展させ、高校3年間通してのレジリエンス、怒りに対する対処行動等について網羅的に実態を明らかにすること、生徒同士によるピアサポートの現状等を明らかにすることを通して、高校生のレジリエンス促進に向けたストレングスベースの認知行動療法を取り入れた「感情統制教育プログラム」の開発を行う予定である。
