An international conference was successfully held in 2007, in which more than 20 famous economists were invited to present their work on international trade and economics dynamics. The conference papers were later published in a book by Heidelberg Springer, 2009.Numerous research workshops and seminars were subsequently held. Members continued independent and joint research, actively presented their work in international conferences. The group eventually published three books and more than 20 papers in highly regarded international refereed journals within 4 years of the project.
