GaAs/AlGaAs 高移動度2次元電子系をベースとするメゾスコピック構造(平面超格子, アンチドット系など)におけるコヒーレント量子輸送現象の研究を行った. フィボナッチ格子における幾何学共鳴, 2次元正孔系におけるスピン軌道相互作用によるベリー位相, 2次元正孔量子ホール系におけるストライプ相, アンチドット系のAB 振動におけるスピン依存効果, などについて新しい知見を得た, また, メゾスコピック超伝導体の磁束系のふるまいを調べた.
