A Study of Healthcare Management

本研究的目的是分析医疗管理。我们讨论了医疗保健领域的特殊性，开发了研究方法，并考虑了丰田生产系统管理的可能性。因此，探讨以制度理论或实务理论为基础之研究的可行性，对于研究家庭照护产业具有重要的意义。在具体对象上，讨论了丰田生产方式、IT的意义、治理的必要性等。

A purpose of this study is to analysis healthcare management. We discussed the peculiarity of healthcare field, developed research methodology, and considered the possibility of the management of the Toyota Production System. In result, The possibility of the research based on institutional theories or practice theories were important for study hearth care industries. About the concrete object, Toyota Production System, the meaning of IT, and the necessity for governance, etc. were discussed.
