Research on conditions for continuing the elderly people requiring long-term care living at home using in-home services efficiently

本研究以银屋居民为对象进行问卷调查，将独居老人的需求分为“日常生活”、“医疗保健”、“缓解独居焦虑”和“交往”四个领域。指出了服务的具体内容和各领域对应的资源，以及LSA信息服务的重要性。对护理管理者进行了进一步的调查，以整理需要长期护理老年人家庭的老年人继续在家生活所需的条件，并收集了案例，以研究有效支持的方式。

In this study, the survey interviews with residents in Silver Housing were conducted and the resulting data was classified into four domains "Daily Life", "Medical and Health Care", "Relief of Anxiety about Living alone" and "Interaction" as the needs of the elderly living alone. And the concrete contents of services and the resources corresponding to each domain and the importance of the information service by LSA were shown. Further survey of the care manager was conducted to organize the conditions necessary to continue living at home for the elderly people requiring long-term care of the aged household, and cases to examine the way of effective support were collected.
