项目摘要

本研究は，市場における消費者の行動に注目しながら，その背後に潜在するさまざまな要因の影響を分析するための枠組みとモデルを構築し，これまで行ってきた研究を拡張・精緻化するとともに，「消費者行動」に関する新たな研究視座を提示することを目的としている．そこで，消費者の意思決定に影響を与える要因として，消費者の「感情」に注目しながら，これらの影響を定量的に把握するための分析枠組みと分析モデルを提案することにより，実証・検証していくことを試みる．本年度は，消費者の感情を呼び起こすさまざまな要因と、それらによって呼び起こされた感情が消費者の意思決定に与える影響を分析するための調査を行う準備を進めた．関連分野の先行研究から調査すべき項目を検討した上で，実験の設計，およびアンケート調査票を設計し，調査・実験を実施する計画であったが，後述の事情により事業期間を延長し，主な実施を令和5年度に行うことにした．令和5年度には，これまでの文献と先行研究から抽出した，消費者の感情を呼び起こすさまざまな要因に関して，実験・アンケート調査を実施し，さまざまな要因によって呼び起こされた感情が，消費者の意思決定に与える影響について検討していくことにする．さらに，こうして収集したデータを基に，独自の統計的分析モデルを構築する．その研究成果を，国内外の学会での発表と論文誌への投稿を通じて，積極的に公表していくことを計画している．
