项目摘要

本研究は、社会的に不利な子どもたちの教育格差是正を目的とする就学前教育プログラムが保育全体の質をどのように高めているのか明らかにするものである。本研究は社会的に不利な子どもたちに質の高い保育を届けることに成功しているオランダに着目し、「教育格差是正のためのプログラムの有無によって、保育の質評価結果への保育者の反応や、保育者の保育観が異なる」という仮説を検証する。具体的には、オランダの保育施設での観察及びインタビューデータを基に、(1)標準化された評価指標による保育の質可視化の実態と課題の分析、(2)教育格差是正のためのプログラムの有無によって、保育の質評価結果への保育者の反応や、保育者の保育観が異なるという仮説の検証を行う。2022年度は主に、上記(1)に関連して、オランダを対象とした保育の質評価研究のレビューを行った。分析の結果、保育の質の決定要因を分析している多くの研究で、施設や人員配置などの「構造の質」を保障することが、保育実践における相互作用の質を表す「プロセスの質」の向上と関係するといわれているのに対し、オランダの研究では「構造の質」は保育法に基づく監査によって保障されているにもかかわらず、「プロセスの質」にはばらつきが見られており、この質を高める要件が模索されていることが分かった。また、オランダにおける保育の質保障メカニズムを分析するための枠組みを検討し、日本比較教育学会にて報告した。現在は、保育の質の観察評価方法の米蘭比較分析と、オランダでの保育実践観察および保育者へのインタビュー調査の準備を進めている。

This study aims at improving the quality of preschool education and protecting the whole society. This study aims to prove the social disadvantages of high quality conservation, the success of conservation, the existence of education gap, the quality evaluation results of conservation, and the differences between conservators and conservators. The detailed research and development basis of conservation facilities,(1) the analysis of the status and problems of conservation quality visualization in standardized evaluation indicators,(2) the analysis of whether the educational standard is positive, the existence of conservation quality evaluation results, the feedback of conservators, and the diversity of conservators. In 2022, a review of the quality evaluation research on conservation related to the above (1) will be carried out. Results of analysis, key factors for determining conservation quality, analysis of multiple studies, design, staffing, structural quality assurance, conservation practice, qualitative interaction, upward relationship between structural quality and conservation law, monitoring, and assurance "The quality of the product" is the same as "the quality of the product". The Japanese Society for Comparative Education (JCE) has published a report on conservation and quality assurance. Now we are going to make a comparative analysis of the quality of conservation and the preparation of the conservation practice survey.
