本研究の目的は、訪問リハビリテーションを利用する要支援・要介護者を2年にわたり追跡調査し、活動性の向上に関わる効果的な訪問リハビリテーションの介入を探索していくことである。本研究では、訪問リハビリテーションを利用する要支援・要介護者の活動性を、Life-space Assessment (以下、LSA)を用いて計測している。当該年度では、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により、データの計測を積極的に行うことが困難な時期があったが、訪問リハビリテーションを利用する要支援・要介護者の約100名の計測を完了することができ、順次解析と論文投稿をおこなっている。本研究の研究課題として、【①訪問リハビリテーション利用者の活動性の特徴の把握】、【②訪問リハビリテーション利用者に適したLSAの使用方法の探求】、【③訪問リハビリテーション利用者の在宅生活の継続に影響する要因の解明】を挙げている。当該年度では、①の検証内容に含まれるLSA得点の要因分析は終了しており、論文投稿をおこなった。また①の検証内容に含まれるLSA得点の縦断的変化との要因分析や、LSA得点の変化の程度の確認、②の検証内容に含まれるLSA得点の効果判定指標の推定のために、順次解析をおこなっている。今後、さらなる調査を進めていき、本研究の目的である訪問リハビリテーションを利用する要支援・要介護者の活動性向上に関わる効果的な訪問リハビリテーション介入を探索していく。

The purpose of this study is to explore the ways to support the development of health care services in China. This study aims to support the use of the Life-Space Assessment (LSA) to measure the mobility of the participants. In the current year, about 100 people who needed support and care were tested for the impact of new types of infectious diseases, and their research was actively carried out during difficult periods. The research topics of this study include: (1) Understanding the Activity Characteristics of Access Users;(2) Exploring the Usage Methods of LSA for Access Users; and (3) Understanding the Main Factors Affecting the Residential Life of Access Users. When the year is over, the content of the examination includes the analysis of the main causes of LSA, and the submission of papers. (1) The contents of the test include the transformation of LSA points and the analysis of the main factors, the confirmation of the degree of transformation of LSA points,(2) the contents of the test include the estimation of LSA points and the determination of the effect index, and the sequential analysis. In the future, the purpose of this study is to support the activity of the mediator and explore the impact of the visit.
