1.研究開始の背景：医療現場では、多種類かつ大量のアラームが繰り返し続くと、医療従事者は「アラーム疲労」に陥ることが指摘されている。アラーム疲労が起こるとアラーム音を消音にしたり、無視したりする行動を起こす恐れがある。近年、このアラーム疲労に関する研究が世界中で注目されている。「アラーム量」を減らす研究は多いが、「アラーム疲労」の実態調査やアラーム疲労の関連要因を検討した研究は非常に少なく、日本の臨床においてどの程度のアラーム疲労が起きているのか実態調査がされていなかった。2.研究の目的：集中治療室に勤務する看護師のアラーム疲労の実態の調査及び関連要因を検討する。3.研究の方法：研究デザインは、多施設横断観察研究を用い、郵送留め置き法による無記名の自己記入式の質問紙調査法を用いて調査する。対象者は集中治療室の日勤帯に勤務する看護師である。調査内容は、アラーム疲労度はNurses’fatigue in relation to clinical alarms尺度の翻訳を用いる。関連要因は、先行研究を参考に14項目とする。分析方法は、①記述統計により対象者の特徴を示し、データの正規性を確認する。②ピアソンの積率相関係数により、独立変数と従属変数の関係性の強さを検討する。③重回帰分析により、アラーム疲労に関連する要因間の強さを検討する。4.研究成果：本研究の関連研究である「循環器病棟における看護師のアラーム疲労の実態と関連要因の検討」について、心電学関連春季大会2023に演題の応募を行い、2023年4月22日（土）の一般演題6セッション：デバイス関連・その他で口頭発表した。
