项目摘要

1.大規模職域コホート研究（J-ECOHスタディ）に2018年～2020年に参加した5つの企業でデータ収集を実施した簡易食品摂取調査データに、別途収集した健康診断データを突合し整理を行った。2.データに基づき「伝統的日本食スコア」及び「改良型日本食スコア」を開発した。伝統的日本食スコアは、白米、みそ汁、大豆製品、調理野菜、きのこ類、海藻類、魚介類、食塩を多く含む食品、緑茶の９項目で評価した。改良型スコアでは、白米を玄米に置き換え、食塩を多く含む食品はスコアを逆転させた。また、乳製品と果物を追加し、調理野菜に生野菜等を加えて計算した（11項目）。カットオフは概ね集団の摂取頻度の中央値とした。食事スコア開発に纏わる論文については既に執筆を完了しており、投稿準備段階である。3.開発したスコアと高血圧症との関連について、職域研究に参加した従業員約12000人を対象に解析をおこなった。食事スコアは四分位で分け、ポアソン回帰分析により高血圧症の有病率（PR）を算出した。伝統的日本食スコアでは関連はみられなかったが、改良型日本食スコアはスコアの高さと高血圧症の有病率の低さが統計学的に有意に関連していた。同様のデータを用いて、開発したスコアと抑うつ症状との関連について解析を行った。両スコアにおいてスコアの高さと抑うつ症状の有病率の低さが統計学的に有意に関連しており、その差は改良型スコアにおいてより顕著であった。これらの論文については現在執筆中である。
