Program development for communication support in conversations of Japanese and foreigners

本研究旨在帮助学生在与外国人的对话中有效地学习日语交际策略。本研究的目的是：（1）比较有与外国人交往经历的日本人和没有与外国人交往经历的日本人在使用交际策略方面的差异。(2)创造了日本人通过与外国人的接触经验学习的“信息交流策略的学习模式”。（3）运用“信息交流策略的学习模式”，开发了面向日本人的交流支援工作坊形式的方案。此外，（4）对外国人如何评价日本人使用的信息交流策略进行了调查和分析。

This study aims to contribute to the effective learning of the communication strategy of the Japanese in conversations of Japanese and foreigners. In this study, (1) the communication strategies that Japanese used between the group which have the contact experiences with foreigners and the group which does not have such experiences were compared. (2) "Learning model of information exchange strategy" that Japanese learn through the contact experiences with foreigners was created. And, (3) by applying "Learning model of information exchange strategy", a program of the workshop format for communication support for the Japanese was developed. In addition, (4) how foreigners evaluate the information exchange strategy that Japanese use was investigated and analyzed.
