Development of family nursing care to prevent from deterioration of physical activities for children with cancer

本研究目的在探讨癌症儿童运动计划之发展，并探讨癌症儿童治疗结束后的家庭管理。关于运动计划，文献综述表明，为儿童癌症患者制定计划的可行性很重要，日本的先前研究表明，平衡和肌肉无力往往发生在治疗期间和之后。因此，该计划应具有可行性，并加快平衡和肌肉力量。通过与专家的计划会议，该计划被确定为步行计划。关于家庭管理，进行了Meta分析。研究发现，家庭管理的身体状况包括幸存者的体力虚弱，幸存者和社会环境之间的社会联系，以及幸存者的心理问题。虽然医疗专业人员的支持减少了，但家庭却在努力管理幸存者的状况。

The aims of this study were to develop exercise program for childhood cancer patients and to clarify family management after completion of the treatment. Regarding exercise program, literature review indicated that feasibility is important to develop program for childhood cancer patients, and previous research in Japan suggested that balance and muscle weakness tend to be occurred during and after the treatment. Therefore, the program should have feasibility and expedite balance and muscle strength. Through the planning conference with specialists, the program decided as walking program.Regarding family management, meta analysis was conducted. The findings described that families manage physical condition including weakness of physical strength of survivors, social connection between survivors and social environment, and mental problems of survivors. Whereas the support from medical professional were decreased, families struggle to manage survivors' conditions.
