This research project has critically dealt with the lack of public support of housing welfare because of the alleged private character of housing property.The examined concrete problems include : 1)the necessity of reparation after earthquakes, 2)the dramatic increase of homeless people, 3)the housing discrimination of ethnic minority groups, esp. resident-Korean, 4)normalization of people with disabilities, and 5)the survival of regional community in the era of annexation.Through this reexamination, the important role of communities, esp. CDC (Community Development Corporation) and local governments, has been taken close-up, which will be the next topic of our research project.

这项研究计划针对房屋物业被指属私人性质，以致社会人士对房屋福利缺乏支持的问题，进行了深入的研究，所探讨的具体问题包括：1）地震后赔偿的必要性，2）无家可归者的急剧增加，3）少数民族群体，特别是朝鲜族居民的住房歧视，4）残疾人的正常化，（5）区域社区在兼并时代的生存问题，通过这一重新审视，社区尤其是社区发展公司和地方政府的重要作用得到了进一步的认识，这将是我们研究的下一个课题。
