The following conclusions are obtained :1.The study on the unstable phenomena in ultrasonic vibration cutting・This result suggests that there is a possibility that the vibration tool's movement is obstructed by frictional resistance between the tool and work, and so on.・This research confirms the occurrence of strange phenomena in ultrasonic vibration cutting system by experiments when the tool amplitude varied, and characterizes the strange phenomena by FTT analysis.2.The study on optimum cutting condition in ultrasonic vibration cutting・A new cutting model, which contains a vibration cutting process, is proposed. The simulation results are in good agreement with the measurement values and it is found that the proposed model accurately predicts the work displacement amplitudes of vibration cutting.・The experimental results showed that vibration cutting enables a larger tool nose radius to be used than conventional cutting. In the case of nickelbase alloy Incone1600, the allowable tool nose radius in vibration cutting was 0.2mm, while one in conventional cutting was 0.02mm. Also, it was demonstrated that chatter vibration is caused by a larger than tool nose radius of 0.2 mm in vibration cutting.3.The study on dynamic behavior in ultrasonic vibration cutting・This result suggests that there is possibility that vibration cutting will process on the condition of exceeding critical cutting speed. This paper suggests that there is possibility of speeding up the cutting speed in the ultrasonic vibration cutting system.4.The study on workpiece behavior in ultrasonic vibration cutting using control of spindle revolution speeds in NC lathe・This research is experiments of chatter suppression. A comparison was made between a gradual increase in cutting speed and a gradual decrease in cutting speed, and it was observed that there is difference in workpiece behavior in ultrasonic vibration cutting.
1.对超声振动切削中的不稳定现象进行了研究。研究结果表明,振动刀具的运动可能受到刀具与工件之间的摩擦阻力等因素的阻碍。通过实验证实了超声振动切削系统在刀具振幅变化时会出现奇异现象,并通过FTT分析对奇异现象进行了表征。2.超声振动切削最佳切削条件的研究。仿真结果与实测值吻合较好,表明该模型能准确预测振动切削的工作位移幅值。实验结果表明,振动切削比常规切削能使用更大的刀尖半径。对于镍基合金Incone1600,振动切削时允许刀尖圆弧半径为0.2mm,而常规切削时允许刀尖圆弧半径为0.02mm。另外,还证明了振动切削中的颤振是由刀尖半径大于0.2mm引起的。3.超声振动切削的动力学行为研究。本文提出了在超声振动切削系统中提高切削速度的可能性。4.数控车床主轴转速控制超声振动切削工件行为的研究。在切削速度逐渐增大和切削速度逐渐减小之间进行了比较,并且观察到在超声振动切削中工件行为存在差异。
