Reconstruction of strategic social space policy within a city-region

Through case studies of city-regional planning within EU member states, this research clarified following four points:(1)Institutional framework which provides a political arena of the different sectors' involvement into regional planning across administrative boundaries. (2)The concept and the methodologies of Knowledge City policies. (3)Actual conditions of public-private partnerships within regional policies across administrative boundaries. (4)Actual conditions of Knowledge City policies within local governments.
