In this research, systems of Japan and China were compared.The feature of the extension system in Japan is the following points.1. the application of an American model. The law is enacted from early time and the business is executed.2. the cooperative business of a central government and the local government. A public character is strong.3. The agricultural cooperative association is executing the farming guidance.4. Development of service such as private pay consultants.5. The university indirect takes part in the business.The feature of the spread system in China is the following points.1. Recently (1992), the law was enacted.2. The extension system is being maintained also in the center and the provinces.3. There is no agricultural cooperative association. Uniting of the extension business and the sales business.4. Uniting of pay service and free service.5. Agricultural universities are taking part in the extension business and the business management.

本研究对中日两国的制度进行了比较，日本的推广制度有以下几点特点：1.美国模式的应用。法律是从早期制定和业务执行。中央政府和地方政府的合作业务。公共性强。农业合作协会执行农事指导.发展私人薪酬顾问等服务。我国高校间接参与大学生创业的特点主要有以下几点：1.最近（1992年）颁布了这项法律。在中央和各省也维持推广系统。没有农业合作社。推广业务与销售业务的结合。收费服务与免费服务的统一。农业院校参与农业科技推广和企业管理。
