The effectiveness and transition of Japanese management technology in the global world

本研究旨在厘清推动日本工业发展的日本管理技术的变迁，并探讨在全球生产体系中有效适用的新型管理技术。为了达到研究的目的，我们设立了研究的子主题，如：制造过程中应用的通用技术管理；国际阶段管理技术的有效性比较；管理技术的创新；全球网络中的管理技术；产品创新的技术管理；环境管理中的技术管理。通过调查，阐明了以下内容：1)生产系统各环节应用的管理技术及其在日本的有效性；2)向全球生产系统的过渡和应用；3)管理技术和在全球有效应用的新管理技术的背景；4)应用于全球网络系统的管理技术，新技术的建立；5)产品创新中新模式和管理技术的提出。6)面向环境的生产系统和与生产过程一起应用的管理技术。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the transition of Japanese management technology that has been contributing to the development of Japanese industry, and to discuss the new type of management technology which is effectively applicable in the global production system. In order to attain the purpose of study, we established sub-theme of investigation such as; general technology management which is applied in the manufacturing process, comparison of effectiveness of management technology among international phases; innovation of management technology; management technology in the global network; technology management of product innovation; technology management in the environmental management.The followings are clarified as a result of investigation.1) Management technologies that are applied in each steps of production system, and effectiveness of them in Japan.2) The transition and application to the global production system.3) The back ground of management technology and new management technology that is effectively applied in the global world.4) Management technology that is applied to the global network system, and establishment of new technology.5) The proposal of new model and management technology in product innovation.6) Environment oriented production system and applied management technology along with the production process.
