Basic study on the history of Chinese Buddhism in the Six dynasties period ; makind a special focus on the composition of the annotated Japanese translation of the Jingzhuzi compiled by prince Xiao Ziliang of the Nanqi.

南齐时期虽然短暂，但在中国佛教史上具有重要意义。本课题的研究成果为研究报告，包括(第一部分)评点版、(第二部分)注释日文译本和(第三部分)南齐萧子良太子所编《经珠子》的内容分析。具体而言，第三部分的内容如下：第一章：《景竹寺》概述；第二章：《景竹子》与《石门字角录》、《法源主林》与《慈悲岛长篇法》的关系；第三章：原文与道轩本的关系；第四章：萧子良引用的经文；第五章：木版版画中的一些问题。

The Nanqi period is significant in the history of Chinese Buddhism in spite of the shortness of the period. The result of the present research project appears as the research report which procures (Part I) the critical edition, (Part II) annotated Japanese translation and (Part III) the analysis of the contents of the Jingzhuzi compiled by prince Xiao Ziliang of the Nanqi.More minutely, the contents of Part III is as follows : Chapter I : Overview of the Jingzhusi; Chapter II : The relationship between the Jingzhuzi and the Shimen zijiaolu, the Fayuanzhulin and the Cibeidaochangchanfa ; Chapter III : The relationship between the original text and Daoxuan's edition ; Chapter IV : Sutras cited by Xiao Ziliang ; and Chapter V : Some problems underlying the woodprint editions.
