Research of culture stereo type and intercultural tolerance of teachers and volunteers of Japanese

虽然造成文化相互理解困难的因素很多，但要做到这一点，有两个必不可少的条件，那就是摆脱文化的立体化和消除文化的不容忍。我们的研究兴趣在于找出这两种能力之间的关系。在17财年，(1)我们试图澄清文化不容忍的概念，(2)我们收集了欧美发达国家的信息，关于我们在课堂上可以做些什么以及如何摆脱文化刻板印象，保持文化宽容，(3)我们对似乎在更高水平上摆脱文化刻板印象的日本教师和志愿者进行了民族志和/或半组织式的采访。通过对从这三个研究过程收集的数据的分析，我们发现，对文化刻板印象的认识与对不同文化的容忍能力是相关的。

Though there are many factors to make cultural mutual understanding difficult, there are two indispensable requisites for us to attain it, that is, to be free from culture stereo-type and to clear cultural intolerance.The interest of our research is to find the relationship between these two abilities. In 17 fiscal year, (1)we have tried to clarify the notion of cultural intolerance, (2)we have gathered information from advanced nations in Europe and America, about what and how we can do in the classroom to leave culture stereotypes and to have cultural tolerance, (3)we have done ethnographic and/or half-organized interviews to teachers of Japanese and volunteers who seem to be free from culture stereotypes in higher level.As the result of analysis of the data gathered from these three research procedures, we have found the fact that awareness to culture stereotypes and the capacity for tolerance to different culture are related.
