The Study of Time-Space Development of the Bihavior of Moving Work through the Seafood Peddling as Primitive Commercial Form

作者先前研究了日本各地海鲜商贩的分布、活动发展和特征行为。一九八三至八四年度，小贩估计约有22,000人。其中，约有1.5万辆二手车在他们的业务中。除了开车的商贩外，大部分都是在首都近郊渔村和海产品生产基地的市场上经营。另一方面，汽车小贩主要集中在内陆和偏远地区。自我上次调查以来，已经过去了20年，海鲜商贩的情况预计已经发生了实质性的变化。本研究的目的是在2003- 2005年调查的基础上，阐明全日本海产品贩卖的现状。根据东、都、府、府食品卫生部门的数据，海鲜商贩的变化如下：虽然在1983-84年度，小贩（不包括使用汽车的小贩）的数目为22,437人，但在2003-05年度，小贩的数目为6,772人，减少了69.8%。1983-84年汽车使用商贩数量为15565人，2003-2005年为8391人，减少46.1%。这些发现表明，海鲜商贩的前景不容乐观。在本次调查中，笔者明确了繁华地区的海鲜商贩的实际情况，具体为兵库县金枪鱼区、新潟县村上区、北海道Esashi区、冈山县阿信区、京都县树山区、山口县萩区。

The author previously studied the distribution, development of activities, and the characteristic behavior of seafood peddlers throughout Japan. In 1983-84,the number of peddlers was estimated to be about 22,000 persons. Among them, about 15,000 used automobiles in their business. The peddlers, except for those using automobiles, mostly operated at markets located at seafood production sites and fishing villages in the metropolitan suburbs. On the other hand, the automobile-using peddlers mainly worked in the inland and isolated regions.Twenty years have passed since my previous investigation, seafood peddling is expected to have undergone substantial changes. The purpose of this study is to clarify the present state of seafood peddling in the whole of Japan based on investigations for 2003-05.According to the data from the food hygiene sections of the To, Do, Fu and Prefectures, the seafood peddling change the following. Although the number of peddlers, excluding those using automobiles, was 22,437 in 1983-84, the number was 6,772 persons in 2003-05,showing a decrease of 69.8%. The number of automobile using peddlers was 15,565 in 1983-84, 8,391 were counted in 2003-2005,decreasing by 46.1%. These findings show a gloomy future in seafood peddling.In the investigation of this time, the author was able to clarify the actual condition of the seafood peddling in the flourishing district, Concretely Tuna district in Hyogo prefecture, Murakami district in Niigata prefecture, Esashi district in Hokkaido prefecture, Ashin district in Okayama prefecture, Shuzan district in Kyoto prefecture, Hagi district in Yamaguchi prefecture.
