It is the present important theme to incorporate nonprofit organizations for encouraging their activity. At the same time, we must consider the interests of the creditors of the organizations. It is considered to demand a certain amount money as a condition of incorporation in order to protect the interests of the creditors. But this condition could hinder the organizations from applying for juridical personality. Such a dilemma should be solved by the theory of lifting the corporate veil.

整合非营利组织，鼓励其活动，是当前的重要主题。与此同时，我们必须考虑各组织债权人的利益。公司设立以一定数额的金钱作为设立的条件，是为了保护债权人的利益。但这一条件可能会妨碍这些组织申请法人资格。这一困境需要通过揭开公司面纱理论来解决。
