An active type mental countermeasure is a countermeasure into which a subject makes a unique reaction occur intentionally to the question irrelevant to an incident to be examined. When a unique reaction occurs to both of questions irrelevant to the question relevant to an incident to be examined, it becomes impossible to find out a difference for the reaction of two questions. Therefore, when judging also including the reaction to the stimulus for CM, the rate of a detection success falls intentionally by the excited type mental countermeasure.2.If it judges by excepting the reaction to the stimulus for CM, the decline in the rate of a detection success by the active type mental countermeasure will no longer be seen.3.The rate of a detection success may improve by using the information recognized to be more important for a decision stimulus for a subject, making low the degree of discernment of a decision stimulus and a stimulus non-giving decision, and these.
