项目摘要
With introduction of competition principle to electricity market, the third party entity of electric power business joined power supply. In current electricity market, the energy unit price (MWh/Yen) is the most important factor than others. Therefore, the cost needed for maintaining electric power system have been paid by existing electric power companies.Power transmission system is oscillation corollary expressed in differential equation so that it is explained in "a system consist of a lot of weights connected with a spring" in textbook. The utility have to control power system safe even in contingency state.In this research, we have studied economical efficiency evaluation method of dynamic stability problem in the deregulated electric power market environment with considering transient stability problem.In this study we have used the agent technology, which was a result of variance artificial intelligence research, to electricity market dynamics. In order to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method, the developed prototype program has been applied to the test system with successful result.
随着电力市场竞争原则的引入,电力第三方经营主体也加入了供电行业。在当前的电力市场中,能源单位价格(MWh/Yen)是最重要的因素。因此,维持电力系统所需的费用一直由现有的电力公司支付。电力传输系统是用微分方程表示的振荡推论,因此在教科书中用“由许多与弹簧连接的重物组成的系统”来解释。电力公司在电力市场环境下,考虑暂态稳定问题,研究了电力市场环境下动态稳定问题的经济性评估方法,将方差人工智能研究的成果--Agent技术应用于电力市场动态性分析,并对电力市场动态性进行了分析。为了验证所提出方法的有效性,开发的原型程序已应用于测试系统,取得了成功的结果。
