In the present study, we have made it clear that1.bile acids increase the permeability of intestinal epithelium via the generation of reactive oxygen species, and the activation of intracellular signaling systems such as protein kinase C,2.sulfated polysaccharides such as dextran sulfate sodium can be depolymerized in the gut lumen.
