Tissue remodeling around implants which were placed in distracted alveolar bone

本文对下颌骨牵张后种植体周围组织改建的形态学进行了研究。在犬拔除下颌前磨牙后3个月，进行牙槽嵴水平牵张。Alveo-Wider[○！R]（Okada Medical Supply Co. Ltd.）是用来分散注意力的完成牵引后，牙种植体（替换选择[○！R]，3.5mm直径，10 mm长，Nobel Biocare）放置到牵引区域。种植体植入后3个月，基台和牙冠被放置。一些种植体承受了过度的咬合负荷。解剖植入物及其周围组织，制备不脱钙切片。切片甲苯胺蓝染色，光镜观察。组织学上，所有种植体在水平牵张的牙槽嵴中获得了骨结合。Periotest未检测到移动性[○！R]。

This is a morphlogical study of tissue remodeling aroud dental implants that were placed in distracted mandible. Three months after extraction of premolars of mandible, horizontal distraction of the alveolar ridge in dogs was performed. Alveo-Wider【○!R】 (Okada Medical Supply Co.Ltd.) was used as distracting apparatus. After completin of distraction, dental implants (Replace Select【○!R】, 3.5mm diameter, 10mm length, Nobel Biocare) were placed into the distracted areas. Three months after placement of implants, abutments and crowns were placed. Some implants were under excessive occlusal load. Implants with surrounding tissue were dissected and undecalcified sections were prepared. The sections were stained with toluidine blue and obsereved under light microscopy. Histologically, all of the implants in horizontally distracted alveolar ridges acquired osseointegration. Mobility was not detected by Periotest【○!R】.
