Tissue remodeling around implants which were placed in distracted alveolar bone

这是一个形态学研究的组织重塑周围种植牙放置在分散下颌骨。拔除下颌骨前磨牙3个月后，对犬的牙槽嵴进行水平牵引。【〇！】R】（Okada医疗用品有限公司）作为分散装置。牵张完成后，种植牙(替换选择【〇！R】，直径3.5mm，长度10mm， Nobel Biocare)放置于分心区。种植体放置3个月后，放置基台和冠。部分种植体牙合负荷过大。将种植体与周围组织分离，制备未钙化切片。切片用甲苯胺蓝染色，光镜下观察。组织学上，所有水平分散牙槽嵴种植体均获得骨整合。Periotest【〇！R】未检测到患者的活动度。

This is a morphlogical study of tissue remodeling aroud dental implants that were placed in distracted mandible. Three months after extraction of premolars of mandible, horizontal distraction of the alveolar ridge in dogs was performed. Alveo-Wider【○!R】 (Okada Medical Supply Co.Ltd.) was used as distracting apparatus. After completin of distraction, dental implants (Replace Select【○!R】, 3.5mm diameter, 10mm length, Nobel Biocare) were placed into the distracted areas. Three months after placement of implants, abutments and crowns were placed. Some implants were under excessive occlusal load. Implants with surrounding tissue were dissected and undecalcified sections were prepared. The sections were stained with toluidine blue and obsereved under light microscopy. Histologically, all of the implants in horizontally distracted alveolar ridges acquired osseointegration. Mobility was not detected by Periotest【○!R】.
