振動・音響に関する研究において、これらの「情報」や「エネルギー」の観点から捉えた研究体系の提案や国際会議はまだない。そのためこのような振動・音響の新しい観点での研究に焦点を合わせた国際シンポジウムの開催について企画調査を行った。1.まず、共同研究者の参画による企画調査会議を開催した。開催時期、共催方式、発表される投稿論文に対する専門雑誌での特集号企画、開催場所、申し込み期限、役割分担、オーガナイズドセッション、基調講演、特別講演、予算案などについて検討を行った。2.「音響情報と音響エネルギー」に関する招待講演および企画調査と振動・音響の情報収集(1)時期:2003年8月26日〜8月28日 訪間先:済州国際コンベンションセンター(韓国)内容:国際会議インターノイズで音響エネルギーに関する招待講演と企画調査を行なうと共に振動・音響情報の収集を行った。3.「振動・音響の情報とエネルギー」に関する総合企画調査および情報収集(2)時期:2003年10月27日〜11月2日 訪問先:カッセル大学(ドイツ)内容:音のトラブルシューティング、感性を考慮した防振・静音化技術、音響・振動による診断技術についての企画調査と、関連情報の収集を行った。4.「振動情報と音響エネルギー」に関する講演および企画調査と振動・音響の情報収集(3)時期;2003年11月10日〜11月17日 訪問先:ロイヤルパインズリゾートホテル(オーストラリア)内容:アジア・太平洋振動会議において振動情報・音響エネルギーの講演発表・企画調査と情報の収集を行った。5.国際シンポジウム開催のため案内紙の作成先に行った企画調査と情報収集結果を基に、国際シンポジウム開催のためのCall for Papersを纏め、印刷した。6.「振動・音響の情報とエネルギー」に関する総合企画調査および情報収集(4)時期:2004年2月5日〜2月11日 訪間先:ダルムシュタット工科大学(ドイツ)内容:一回目の企画調査において調査できなかった項目、すなわち、音響エネルギー利用、音響・振動の計測と可視化技術、流体音響の解析と制御についての企画調査と関連研究の情報収集を行い、さらに先に印刷したCall for Papersを配布した。

"Vibration information and sound production" related lectures and planning surveys and vibration and sound information collection (3) Period; November 10-November 17, 2003 Visit first: Vibration information and sound information collection (3) Content: Pacific vibration conference on vibration information and sound production lectures and planning surveys and information collection. 5. The international press release is based on the results of the project investigation and the Call for Papers. 6. Integrated planning survey and information collection related to vibration and sound information (4) Period: February 5-February 11, 2004 Visit: Department of Engineering University (Department of Engineering) Contents: Project survey, sound utilization, sound and vibration measurement and visualization technology, fluid sound analysis and control, planning survey related research information collection, and distribution of Call for Papers.
