项目摘要

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of long-term care insurance on support system for the elderly. The subjects were the insured in category 1 and category 2 of long-term care insurance in a remote island in Saga prefecture. In this study I examined the influence from physical, psychological, social and spiritual viewpoints.The investigation into the insured in category 1 was conducted from June to November 2005, and conducted in the form of an interview, using a semi-questionnaire instrument. 50 were male and 70 were female. Average age was 76.3 years (65-97). 31.7% lived with their spouse, 26.7% lived with their spouse and children, 23.3% lived with their children, and 18.3% lived alone. After introducing long-term care insurance, the elderly center was built in the island, and the day service with a bath started. The elderly group volunteered to help the elderly each other. The clay service and a pick-up bus had a good influence on the elderly physically and psychologically. The long-term care insurance have had no influence socially or spiritually. The insurance fee seemed to influence economically a daily life of the insured in category 1.The investigation into the insured in category 2 was conducted from June to December 2006, and conducted in the form of an interview, using a semi-questionnaire instrument. 51 were male and 53 were female. Average age was 53.1 years (40-64). 51.9% lived with their parents, 20.2% lived with their spouse, 20.2% lived with their spouse and children, 3.8% lived with their children, and 3.8% lived alone. The long-term care insurance have had no influence on the insured in category 2 physically, psychologically, socially and spiritually. The insurance fee seemed to b 3 a burden for the insured in category 2 in terms of daily life.

本研究旨在探讨长期护理保险对老年人支持体系的影响。研究对象为佐贺县偏远岛屿长期护理保险第1类和第2类的被保险人。在这项研究中，我从身体、心理、社会和精神的角度考察了这种影响。对第一类被保险人的调查于2005年6月至11月进行，采用半问卷调查方式，以访谈的形式进行。其中男性 50 人，女性 70 人。平均年龄为 76.3 岁（65-97 岁）。 31.7%与配偶同住，26.7%与配偶及子女同住，23.3%与子女同住，18.3%独居。引入长期护理保险后，岛上建起了老年中心，并开始提供带洗澡的日间服务。老年团体自愿为老人提供互相帮助。泥塑服务和接送车对老人的身心产生了良好的影响。长期护理保险在社会和精神上没有产生任何影响。保险费用似乎对第一类被保险人的日常生活产生了经济影响。对第二类被保险人的调查于2006年6月至12月进行，采用半问卷调查方式，以访谈的形式进行。其中男性 51 人，女性 53 人。平均年龄为 53.1 岁（40-64 岁）。 51.9%与父母同住，20.2%与配偶同住，20.2%与配偶及子女同住，3.8%与子女同住，3.8%独居。长期护理保险对二类被保险人的身体、心理、社交、精神等方面没有产生影响。保险费用对于第2类被保险人来说似乎是日常生活的负担。
