项目摘要

2022年度は、計画当初は、東京都埋蔵文化財センターとの交渉で写真資料のネガを利用し紙焼きを取得して、これによって報告書での写真未掲載資料や、報告書での写真掲載資料でも写真が不鮮明なものについて、より鮮明な画像を用いて詳細に検討し、釈文の再検討を行う予定であった。しかしながら、東京都埋蔵文化財センターで写真の現在の保管状況を再調査していただいたところでは、必ずしも十分にこうした研究計画に応えられるような鮮明な写真ではないとのことから、方針を見直すことにした。東京都埋蔵文化財センターを経由して東京都教育委員会にうかがってもらったところでは、資料そのものを借り出すことが当初考えていたよりも容易なようであるとのことだった。研究計画段階では資料の保存処理の状況を考慮しておらず、水漬け状態の木簡を移動することの困難さを考えて、資料の貸借は検討していなかったが、すでに全点について保存処理済みであることがわかったため、一定期間の借り出しが可能であると考えられる。また借り出しによって、貸借期間中にデジタルカメラでの撮影が可能と考えられるため、発掘調査時点で撮影された写真画像よりも鮮明な画像を、現段階で撮影して利用することが可能と考えた。こうした点での新たな方針の見通しが立ったので、2023年度に新たな方針で資料全点の借り出しと撮影および現物調査を実施することにして、2022年度はそのための準備検討期間にあてた。なお、すでに公表されている発掘調査報告書でのデータについては、入力と入力内容の校正を進め、今後の資料の再検討を反映させるための基礎的なデータの準備を整えるところまで準備を進めることができた。
