项目摘要

本研究は，地域・同族企業による海外進出ならびに海外事業の継続性に着目し，そのダイナミックなメカニズムの解明を追究するものである。本年度は、国内企業15社、海外企業6社を訪問し、地域企業の国際ビジネスの進展に伴う，組織能力の向上や人材開発，国内外の事業全体を持続・発展させていくプロセスについてヒアリング調査を行った。学会発表として大東和武司ほか3名「地域伝統企業の海外展開を通じた成長ロジック－伝統産業２社を事例にした試論－」を国際ビジネス研究学会全国大会、竹之内秀行ほか2名「海外進出のサドル現象に関する実証研究」国際ビジネス研究学会第21回九州部会など、国内外での学会、研究会での報告等を9件行った。研究業績は、（書籍）大東和武司（2023）『地域企業のポートレイト遠景近景の国際ビジネス』文眞堂(単著)、山本崇雄、竹之内玲子（2022）『グローバル成長と発展への経営：日本企業の再生と挑戦』文眞堂、(論文等)馬駿・内田康郎(2023）「アイリスオーヤマにみる持続的成長の本質」富山大学ワーキングペーパーNo.353,pp.1-18ほか論文5編（うち英文論文1編）、大東和武司「たまコラム等4編を発表した。初年度は、地域企業の成長戦略、海外進出等を中心に調査を行った。11名の研究員の調査を共有し、従前の大企業の国際化と異なる地域企業の国際化の特徴やメカニズムを帰納的に研究を行った。主にこれらの研究の事例を基に学会や論文発表を行った。

This study investigates the characteristics of overseas business in the context of geographical, corporate, and corporate relationships. During the year, 15 domestic companies and 6 overseas companies visited, regional companies conducted international business development, organizational capacity development, and overall business development at home and abroad. The Society presented three papers entitled "Overseas Development of Regional Systems Enterprises, Communication and Growth-Case Study of Systems Industry 2" to the National Conference of the International Society for Research on Business and Industry, and two papers entitled "Evidence Research on Overseas Development and Entry" to the 21st Kyushu Conference of the International Society for Research on Business and Industry, and nine papers entitled "Reports of National and International Societies and Research Conferences." Research results (book) Watsuji Ohto (2023)"International Business Development of Regional Enterprises"(book), Takao Yamamoto, Reiko Takeunouchi (2022)"Business Development of Regional Enterprises: The Rebirth and Challenge of Japanese Corporations,"written by Majun Uchida Yasuro (2023)," The Nature of Sustainable Growth ", Toyama University, pp. 1 -18, pp. 5 (1), and presented by Daito Kazuji, pp. 4 (1). In the beginning of the year, we conducted research on the growth strategy of regional enterprises and overseas entry and exit. 11 researchers to investigate the internationalization of large enterprises in the past, the characteristics of internationalization of regional enterprises, and the research of integration. The main research case is based on the research paper.
