1．大学総合診療科の実習において、オンラインで地域診断を行い、そのプログラム評価を行った研究が出版された。学生は地域課題の発見、学生間での地域比較、地域の課題の識別(変動理論）、各自が異なるテーマでプレゼンすることで学生個人に学習責任がうまれたことが明らかになった。この学習プロセスには、アブダクション、認知的柔軟性の刺激などがメカニズムとして機能したため、これらの理論を応用した地域診断の教育プログラムは効果的な学びが促されることが明らかになった。2．大学のEarly exposure programや選択臨床実習でVRを活用した教材を作成し、学習者への影響を探索した。『患者・家族の視点』や『医師の視点』での振り返りが促され、医師の責任感を学ぶものもいた。3．ある地域のデータを活用し、情報共有ネットワークの年々の変化を探索した論文が出版された。より軽いケアの必要性を持つ患者のネットワークは、大小のハブリンクを持つ様々な専門職が職種間の仲介役となり、より重度のケアを必要とする患者のネットワークには、他の専門家との相互関係が少ない固定した医療専門家が仲介役になる傾向がにあった。ネットワークの直径は、ケアのレベルに関係なく増加する傾向があった。4．全国のプライマリ・ケアに従事している医療専門職の高い多職種連携コンピテンシーの関連する要因について明らかにした論文が出版された。多職種連携コンピテンシーの合計スコアの高さは、高い年齢、質改善しやすい組織環境、管理経験有、卒業前と後の多職種連携教育の経験有と有意に関連した。5．多職種連携に関する研究を進めるにあたり、primary care research connectでシンポジウムを行った。また、日本プライマリ・ケア連合学会で、コロナ禍での多職種連携の現状を発表した。
