项目摘要

1.近代化と環境変化を明らかにするため,北海道の明治期から近代化の中心である札幌市の白石区を対象として,過去を再現するシステム・ダイナミックスモデルを構築し,このモデルにより現在から過去に逆上り,土地利用の高度化を分析した。その結果,木モデルは,過去の少ないデータを基づいて,他の不明のデータを的確に予測することができ,さらに,土地利用の高度化に当っては治水投資が重要な役割をしたことが明らかとなった。2.地理情報システムにより,地形の複雑である小樽市を対象として,また老人人口の高い都市であるので,各種の交通網を入力し,さらに,公共施設として医療機関を入力し,地形による老人の行動困難性を明確し,さらに,老人人口分布を考慮して医療機関の配置パターンによって老人の利便性がどのように変化するかを,シミュレーション分析して,医療機関の最適配置計画を明らかにした。その結果,地理的情報システムの入力には時間がかかるが,一度,各種の情報を入力すると,各種のシミュレーションに当っては的確,迅速な解析が可能となり地理的情報システムの有効性が明らかとなった。以上の2つの過去再現するシステム・ダイナミックスモデルにより,過去の欠損しているデータを予測することにより,過去の地理的情報を豊富にして,そのデータに基づいて,地理的情報システムにより入力し過去に行なわれた,各種の施策が,現在の地理的変化にどのように影響を与えているかも明らかにすることができた。
