项目摘要

本研究は、東南アジアが東南アジアとしてまとまりを形成していく過程において周辺地域がどのように関与したかを検討することにより、「地域連関の論理」の分析枠組みを提示して総合的地域研究の方法確立に資することを目的としている。最終年度にあたる今年度は、昨年度まとめた中間報告を土台にして、各共同研究者は最終研究成果を出すための分担研究を進めた。浜下は中国経済史関係資料を入手し、分析を深めた。中北と後藤は資料収集に加えてインタヴューを実施して、日本人の東南アジアへの関与を各々政治、経済の視点から分析した。黒柳は、東南アジアの知的ネットワークのデータベース化を試みた。山影はASEANを中心とするアジア太平洋国際関係の分析を資料収集とともに進めた。また、東南アジア国際関係のデータベースをASEAN関係資料を中心に作成した。このデータベースについては何らかの形で公開したい。本年度も、共同研究としての統合性を高めるため、最終報告のとりまとめを検討する研究会を開催した。特に本年度は最終年度なので、「地域連関の論理」を研究する旧現公募研究班の班長他関係者にも出席を求めて、本計画研究班のみならず公募研究班をも含めての最終成果をどのように出すのかを検討した。その結果、旧公募研究班の成果は総括班から成果報告書として刊行するとともに、全体的最終成果の構成に関連する部分についてはそれを活用することになった。また、現在進行中の公募研究班の最終成果は、全体的最終成果の中に包含することになった。また、全体的最終成果の構成・刊行に関しては総括班と今後協議していく。
